The fender molding used for my repair was not an oem part and there were gaps. The service manager agreed and ordered the oem part. I am waiting to here back

I really appreciated the way that the office kept me informed throughout the process, and the walkthrough during pickup. It is that kind of communication that builds confidence even before driving the vehicle. Everything looks great, and the car seems to drive perfectly, as if the crash never happened.

Caliber did an amazing job on my BMW. The car looks absolutely beautiful. They did an inside/outside detail. Sarah kept me abreast the entire time my car was being repaired. The car was actually ready earlier than the estimated time/date. Overall it was a seamless experience with caliber and I would definitely recommend them. 10/10!!!

Everyone was very polite, efficient and friendly. Enterprise rental pickup there was convenient. Low estimate was the only disappointment.
