I was very impressed when I rcvd the initial call from Caliber, very shortly after I spoke with the State Farm Insurance agent regarding my initial claim filing. I advised the agent that I would most likely get to Caliber the following day, but great job by Caliber-Schenectady, and their Customer Service team in getting to me first !

After picking up my car, I noticed my departure lane signal is on without me pushing the button which tells me that something is wrong with the eyesight. This need to be looked at. Also, when I took away the paper mat on the car floor underneath the steering wheel, I noticed that My driver side rubber mat is missing. Both of these issues need to be resolved. Please call me at your earliest convenience to rectify this.

Dropped off, turned out they needed parts that were on backorder for roughly a month. They put my vehicle back together to be road legal until the parts came in. This saved me a lot on rental prices. I dropped my vehicle off again when the parts were in and was told it'd be repaired in about a week to week and a half. I received a call 2 days later. Vehicle ready! Amazing!
