Estimate was easy. Repairs done in time as expected. Everyone had a smile. Was initially concerned as the shop was covered by the other person's insurance so I didn't choose. Also car literally 10 days off the lot when damaged. They spotted additional damage not seen until repairs underway. Everything fixed and car is new again. Very satisfied.

Queen and Brandi were amazing! They made a frustrating situation, someone trying to break into my car, much easier to deal with. The Uber rides are a huge plus. 2nd time doing business through GEICO and I’ve been impressed both times! Queen and Brandi deserve raises.

Certain people (me), who have been in a recent car accident and their nerves are in high anxiety, may need to be pre-medicated prior to navigating in your parking lot. 😅 My big girl pants weren’t big enough! But my car looks better than before the accident! Well worth the traveling through the parking lot of carnage. : p
