When I arrived at the store, one of the employees saw me standing outside but didn’t make the effort to approach me or say something like “You can come in” or ask if I needed help. I waited there for about 15 minutes. I assumed I probably had to go inside, but it was disappointing that the employee couldn’t even walk a few steps to assist or acknowledge me. That said, once I was finally helped, the rest of the staff who assisted me were friendly and professional. I appreciate their help, but the initial experience was not great.

Operationally, everything was done in a timely manner. From the moment of car drop off to pick up, things went more than smooth from my standpoint. No delays in appointment, my rental car was waiting, and a suitable car it was. At pick up, an associate behind the desk was cool, friendly and collected as she closed the transaction. I was also impressed by the technician who walked me through work done. May I call your business a well oiled machine? It’s a far cry from the old days when you called about your car to find out it wasn’t ready. And, I must say, I liked the Tue/Thurs text updates, too. Well done Caliper!

First of all, my car was absolutely perfect when I picked up. It looked brand new on the outside and the inside. Secondly, the communication was great. I got updates just often enough but not too often. Lastly, I so appreciated that Caliber Collision got me right in. My car was being worked on less than a week after my accident.

Everything was good, but there’s something take out from my rear bumper and they forgot to put it back and when I ask, they say is lost, but they’re gonna order me another one. They gonna call me back when it’s ready.
