I want to share about the incredible service I received from Brandi and her team. Communication was unparalleled from the moment I was assigned to Brandi’s group until I left with my perfectly repaired Jeep. I worked for Nordstrom for 30 years. The service I received at Caliber Collision, specifically Brandi’s group, is the level we would try to achieve at Nordstrom. This team nails it. I’m not looking forward to my next collision shop needs but when I do I know where I’m going. It’s such a pleasure dealing with true professionals who truly care.
