My issues were minor, but the fact that I'm going to have to drive back over there to have the repair finished is really annoying, especially after the car was kept for longer than promised.

My car is now undrivable. I found a broken piece of equipment in my trunk. I brought it in for a cosmetic issue-there is now something dragging from the undercarriage. Wtf! Terrible service.
