The bumper and wheel area look beautiful. Hard to tell about the mechanics as driving at first still feels a little out of alignment. Also, the tire pressure sensor is now on.

I had a pair of ray ban sunglasses in my car when i went to the shop. I got the car back and now my sunglasses are nowhere to be found. If someone could contact me about this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Outstanding customer service, and excellent work done in a timely way. Great communication system. Great coordination with rental car facility. Love that they vacuumed out my car and had the car heater on for me when I picked it up. Nice touch! Will highly recommend to friends!

It was decent. Not a nightmare, but not a dream come true.

Whatever was sprayed in my car got on the windshield and windows, didnt get wiped off. I'd rather not have the dash "cleaned" when the product is getting sprayed and left on the windows and windshield and the corners of the engine cluster also have the residue. Was promised that the grill would be snapped back in place and it wasn't. I have 2 numbers on record. I only received confirmation that my car was ready on one phone. The mailbox was full and no other call was made. I ended up paying for a rental car for 3 extra days (saturday, sunday, monday) because the employee didn't try the second number to inform me that my car was ready for pickup, so I didn't know that I could pick it up. Disappointing because the shop is so close to my house. Hesitant to return. Workmanship seems to be top notch though for the actual work performed.
