The repair was good, I appreciated getting the car dropped off, and all the updates the way. Only thing was that the radio/stereo got locked due to resetting things during the repair, so I had to spend some time sorting that out

The only thing that was confusing was when I called about a quote, it wasn't clear to me if I needed a quote for insurance or not. The Caliber collision phone line (that goes to some call center somewhere) was not very helpful. It would be helpful if it was documented somewhere on the website what the process is
