Everyone I interacted with was very professional, polite, and straight forward. Tristan was great with the updates Front desk / waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had good coffee and water options in addition to exceptional staff. Did feel like it took quite a while for what little damage there was, but at the same time realize Caliber Collision is a reputable place and has quite the workload! Was appreciative of the twice weekly updates and that they even cleaned my floor mats! I would definitely recommend to others.
