I'm very pleased with Caliber's work on my 2023 Hyundai Sonata. The check-in was quick and easy, everybody I worked with was very nice, and they got me my car back quicker than expected. In fact, I had to cancel the car rental that I was about to pick up the same day I was able to get my car back.

My experience with Caliber Collision was great. The staff was very professional and friendly. I got my car back quickly. I found that I needed a rental after not asking for one, and Caliber returned my car the day I was supposed to pick up the rental car.

Hello! Everyone we interacted with were so helpful, prompt, and so efficient. Our car was fixed so quickly and Tristan recommended adding on to fix our windshield which was brilliant. The administration person (I don’t catch her name) was so welcoming and patient when I had to reschedule and all other times with working with her. Can’t recommend Caliber enough for any future help!

Nothing but good experiences. The only reason this isn't a 10 is because I will always encourage friends/family to shop around and look for best deals whenever possible and not just go to 1 place and assume it's the best option.

Everything was great. I did notice that the door panel was a little loose (was vibrating and buzzing with music) but it just hadn't been pushed all the way into place - just had to push it in to engage the retaining clips properly. Not a big deal, but some customers might not know they can just push it in themselves.
