I would liked to have had someone explain to me the repairs done on my vehicle. Difficult to read repair sheet. Also not advised if I should wait a while before washing my car as it had paint work. Otherwise happy.

They left a plastic box with rags in the car, so no final check was done. Communication was initially rough as they had no way to check my voice mails and they kept leaving messages with the same questions.

Still waiting for sun, but I am really impressed with the paint match! I can't see any difference, and didn't think that possible. The whole process could not have been smoother, from rental car to progress updates. The person who dealt with me was informative, cheerful, and had answers to all my questions: give her a raise.
