I have three reasons for giving rating of 10. The first was the consideration that the Caliber team gave to using OEM parts given that my car is brand new, instead using recycled parts, which the insurance company wanted. The second is the fact that they completed the work in 5 days (from drop off to pick up). This was important because I was leaving the country and right after, so it made it convenient that I did not have to arrange for a drop off service. And third, my car looks just like new after the work was completed.

I was informed and updated on the nature of the work that had to be done. I was sufficiently updated on the status of the work and on the estimated completion time. And finally, the Caliber team acted in my interest, against the demands of the insurance company by using OEM parts. This was a big deal because I purchased this car brand new only about a month earlier.
