Communication about completion date was not satisfactory. The date changed multiple times without sufficient warning or communication. Car was projected to be completed on Friday Jan 3rd for over a week. Friday finally comes and there is no update on the completion until 3:30 in the afternoon. If the car will not be ready on time, please inform the customer at the earliest possible second, not waiting until the day is almost over.

When they were Abra, they fixed my vehicle twice and I was wholly satisfied. Since then, I am less likely after this most recent experience.
