Kalen was great, as was the person at the front desk (can’t remember her name). Kalen helped walk through the process, negotiate for an appearance allowance, and was just a friendly person in general. The convenience of the car rental via Geico was also nice. The only thing that would make the experience better would be to receive more timely updates as to when I’d expect to get my car back/when the part was expected to be received by the shop.

You guys were great! My repairs were complete ahead of schedule and I really appreciated how I was kept up to date via email. On top of all that you cleaned it for me, so my car was returned in better shape than when I dropped it off. Super great experience! After my car was ready to be picked up I tried to call my rep to figure out the procedure around that and they were with another customer (which is very understandable, and not something I have an issue with), and I was told that they would call back as soon as they were free. Come almost 3 hours later, and no call. Thankfully they were available when I finally gave up on waiting for the call and called in again, but that was slightly annoying.
