Pre-repair: excessive miscommunication between both Geico agent and auto repair representative. Post-repair: door that was worked on is not level with exterior. The door pops out further than the front door or bumper.

Customer service was excellent and surpassed any expectations I had for my repairs. Everyone from the front desk, car rental rep to person (I think his name is Kalen) handled our repairs, provided the best experience I’ve ever had while dealing with an insurance claim and repairs. The work was done on a timely manner and quality was excellent. Moving forward this is the only place we will take our car for repairs. Thank you!
