I was overcharged approximately $11,0000 in error and it is going to apparently take about a week for my credit card to be credited back. Seems ridiculous to take so long. We found the error, not Caliber.

During the previous fix from the same shop, there was white residue that was left on the back of the car. The manager said it should wash of, but it didn’t. After the second repair, I asked if they could clean it up, but that was not done.
