It took much longer than promised. Lots of delays along the way, which were not clearly communicated. Shuffling between OEM and recycled parts which was not communicated to me. Unclear whether OEM or recycled parts were installed in the vehicle. Took a month to replace a side door. That is just way too long.

Mac and his local Seattle team were great. The 800 call center seems out of touch, though. I kept getting automated phone calls from them to set up my appt even though I had it already scheduled. Also, one time when I did talk to a rep at the 800 call center, she had the wrong insurance info for my file.
