I am very dissapointed with the shop. When I called them to get some information about the car especially when I couldn’t reach the insurance out, the man who picked up the phone he was super rude and mean with me, and I am sure it was part of as I am a woman, he didn’t even give me any information just said this call shouldn’t happen between us. Then dont do your job, quit if you are unable to give a proper service. Even if the shop had a lot of good reviews I wouldn’t recommend the shop to anyone.

I was shocked at how friendly and easy everything was - the process of filing a claim, getting my estimate, an offer to take my car for repair same day as estimate, and assistance with acquiring and returning a rental car. Hope not to need to repair/paint graffiti again, but they were lovely!
