With the exception of the office manager, Julia, the people that I dealt with there were not communicative and did not follow through on things as they had promised. The work was not completed, despite the fact that they had my vehicle for over two weeks. I had to return for everything to be done. Also, a quarter tank of my fuel was used while it was there, and both the person in charge of my vehicle and the general manager had absolutely no explanation for why that was. I had high expectations that my vehicle would be well taken care of, and I’m extremely disappointed in the outcome.

The communication from the person who was in charge of my vehicle was very subpar. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was dissatisfied with the condition of it, and I asked to speak to the general manager. He seemed very disinterested in my concerns. However, Office manager Julia was wonderful.
