They were very nice and responsive. We got in right away and were told how long it would take. The only problem is that they didn't fix everything. They left the door handle with chipped paint. When I asked them about it, they said they didn't know why they didn't fix it and asked if it was part of the damage. It was clearly part of the damage. However, they did offer to fix it and were accommodating, but now we have to take the car back and deal with not having a car for a day.

Most definitely satisfied. The repair was done in a very timely manner and Julia st the front desk was super nice and very efficient. Harrison was in charge of the repair and kept me notified.

I would just tell them to check their windows after to make sure it all looks okay.

The damage repair is great, it looks brand new, but ever since picking my car up I've noticed this, like, sheen on the front windshield that will not come off. I've tried windshield wipers and glass cleaner and i cannot get it off. It is very annoying, especially when driving into the sun, it makes it difficult to see out of the windshield.

Was very uneducated on insurance work- VERY- the entire team did a great job breaking things down for me, answering my 183 questions I hurled at then, and keeping me updated from start to finish. Would 1000% bring my car here again.
