They kept me undated with texts. Also when I called they answered all my questions and didn'tmake me feel ridiculousfor asking the questions. They did an amazing job. My car looks brand new!! My mom was so happy with them when she got rear-ended she brought her car to them as well.

As far as repairs are concerned, that part of it is good. My car looks way better than it did when it went in there. The odd part of the experience was that for some reason the contents of my glove box was emptied onto the floor of my car. That is odd because there is nothing in the area of the glove box that involves the repair of the rear bumper

It was cool. Though I think my glove box was emptied out onto the floor cause you all did not like that I called to figure out when my car would be ready. Now I called cause the insurance company was paying for my rental and I needed it extended until repairs was done. Which was estimated to be done two days after my rental was to be returned

They were very polite and courteous. They got my car in and out in a timely manner and did excellent job on my repairs. I had a kind of crazy situation when I brought my car in and they took care of everything for me. I will recommend Caliber to all my friends and family. Caliber will be my first call the next time my car needs work done

My car was done faster than expected and the lady who answered the phone (I assume Jade, but I apologize if it was someone different) was exceptional in working with my schedule to let me pick up my car. Harrison was already out front and walked me around to car to make sure I was satisfied. I’m a week out from getting married and getting rear ended, even so mildly, was not something I accounted for in my schedule, so I am very grateful to Geico for having this relationship with Caliber Collision and to the Caliber team for getting my car back to me as good as new.
