Communication was great. It took longer than I had hoped but they were very responsive and communicative ahead of me having to ask about any unexpected delay so I felt like it was all being taken care of. They worked very hard to get it back to me and even took my rental to fill up with gas for me because I had realized I had forgotten after I had already moved 3 car seats from the rental to my fixed car.
