I was very impressed with my whole experience with Caliber Collision in Shawnee. When I called to ask about bringing my car in, the general manager (Jade) answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and helpful, and said I could drop my car off right away. She was pleasant and enjoyable to talk to, and I trusted that my car was in good hands. They kept me updated regularly with emails about the status of the repairs. When I picked my car up, everyone was very friendly. The mechanic (Harrison?) who worked on my car explained to me what he had done, and he recommended some things I need to get checked out, so I would be aware of any safety issues. All in all it was a very positive experience, even for me, someone who absolutely hates car stuff. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Shawnee to anyone looking to get trustworthy and friendly service.

Although the manager tried to tell me they would get it right and please don’t leave a bad review because they are a “platinum”, rated facility and they will do whatever it takes, all said and done, they didn’t and now I have a very bad paint job.

The workmanship was fantastic. The timeframe to complete the work was much longer than originally quoted and was not communicated with me unless I called to check on my vehicle.

Cover was not reinstalled correctly. After asking correct it looked ok but upon further investigation a clip was still not installed on a rail and fell off, adjustments bolt on Drivers side was not in the clip

The staff was super helpful very courteous the customers made me feel very comfortable with leaving my vehicle had no problem not calling them they stuck to their word truck was A week early on delivery I would highly recommend caliber collision to anybody I know and people that I don’t know and I would even take my vehicle back there for bodywork outside of insurance

I had stopped in Caliber twice by myself. The first to get a quote for the repair to start the process. The second to drop off the car, everyone inside was friendly and asked about rental cars. The third visit was when I picked up the car. My wife was shocked at how friendly everyone was and how everyone cared about the repair process.
