I have never had to use a service such as yours; I researched on line and Caliber seemed like a great choice from what I read. Bill Kendall worked with me at the Woodridge location- I felt very good after speaking with him, showing he cared about my car and my experience. I chose Caliber based solely upon dealing with Bill. I then learned the car would be serviced at the Shorewood location; I was not expecting that. The text communication was incredible !!!! I loved (and looked forward to) text messages regarding progress on my car. We hit a bump in the road when the car was not finished when promised - I did not fully understand why until Michael from Shorewood called. He fully explained and APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience- a part had not arrived when expected. He went the extra mile by keeping me fully informed when the part arrived with a new delivery date for my car. I picked up the car today and it is beautiful!!! Michael and his crew did a fantastic job, particularly the painters!!! My car color is not common. My total experience with Caliber has been A+++! Both Bill and Michael were very professional and I again, thought what a great choice I made !! I would recommend your services to anyone !! Thank you to all who worked on my Tucson, Brownie!!!
