I was completely satisfied with my recent repair. Kim I believe her name is was very helpful. She walked me through the process and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the repair. The customer service was awesome. 10/10 for sure. I felt Caliper did a wonderful job regarding the repair of my vehicle. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and notified me right away regarding a delay. The color was not an exact match per their quality control, so they did not release the vehicle until it was corrected and passed their own quality control specifications. Would recommend them friends and family.

I can’t speak more highly of John and the rest of the staff at the Shorewood location . They are prompt efficient and professional . From dealing with the insurance company to incomparable repair restoration skills they simply cannot be surpassed in quality or in courtesy. I’ve had to use that shop twice in the past year sadly but they are truly awesome at what they do .
