It would be more helpful if a date/time revision for pick up is given to also include a reason. My vehicle pickup time was pushed back from Friday to Wednesday, then close to the Wednesday pickup time it was pushed to Thursday. I called an hour after the given time for completion and it still needed another couple of hours. It would have been more helpful to plan around a pickup if more information was provided instead of just a text with a new date/time.
