I picked up my vehicle and my steering wheel leather was damaged.

The body work repairs were fine. The car interior had a bad smell when I picked it up. Also my steering wheel leather was unraveled. I spoke to my rep and he said it was like that when dropped off. This is not true. 1/4 of my wheel leather was loose and I had to reattach the leather. If it was like this in drop off it would have been noted.
