Car returned to me with two driver's side turn signals not working. Forced me to take car to the dealer. Dealer corrected the problem--Caliber had failed to reconnect two turn signal circuits that they had disconnected. An elementary mistake that should not happen at a professional body shop. Cost to fix was over $500. Not to mention my time and gas expense back and forth to the dealer, which was not reimbursed. Will not do business again with Caliber Collision.

Service Advisor told me that the dealer reported a history of failed turn signals with the 2023 model Lincoln Nautilus. Not true. The dealer told me just the opposite. The dealer's Svc Mgr researched it and found no trend of such a problem. So not only did Caliber render substandard workmanship, but it also was dishonest in its excuse for the shoddy job.

I can’t recommend Caliber more!! Staff was very friendly, car was done faster than was originally predicted, updates were given along the way, and the result is perfect! No complaints. They worked with my insurance and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Would definitely use this company again.
