I was pleased at the length of time it took for my vehicle to be repaired. I saw how busy the shop was when I took my vehicle there, so when I was given an approximate completion time of two weeks, I understood, however, my car was completely in less than half the time. Everyone at the shop, the adjuster, the mechanic, the desk workers were thorough, friendly and efficient! I am happy I took my vehicle here, and I will definitely use them again!

I was impressed by how soon the shop could accept my car for repair. They were quick, having completed the repairs within one week, they were accurate, my car looked great when presented to me. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision, and I would definitely take my car back there again.

The staff was great with their side of the business. It wasn’t very clear (to me) what the difference in cost of the repairs would be with insurance vs. without from the beginning. The at-fault driver who damaged my vehicle wanted to go out-of-pocket at first but the estimate was way too high so we had to go through insurance, which was far less expensive. I’m not sure why that breakdown was so different, but it didn’t cost ME a dime.
