I had a great experience at Calibre Collision Elmer helped out on answering all of my concerns and help directed me to my rental car, as this was my first ever accident needed assistance with insurance, estimates and process for repairs I had many questions and concerns but I felt at ease when Elmer explained to me everything step by step. I would definitely consider using Caliber Collision and I will definitely send them over Elmer’s way.

Caliber kept me informed every step of the way in the repair. The repair estimates were clear and came in a timely way. Cynthia did a wonderful job of helping out with some additional estimates for me on areas of the car that were not impacted by the accident itself. They were able to finish the car in 10 days after a rear end incident damage the hatch and the right side fender. Everything looks beautiful!
