My car was supposed to be done on a Tuesday and instead it wasn’t ready until Friday because the wrong parts were ordered twice.

Everyone was nice but unfortunately I had to call and get updates constantly, especially on Friday when it seemed like no one was working on getting my car done or updating me on the progress

Not really satisfied. When I dropped the car off, I told Elmer the alignment is off because The steering wheel is turned halfway when going straight. When he move the car, he said the steering wheel is fine so the alignment don’t need a correction. Next day he confirms the car do need an alignment. Picking up the car was a little of a hassle, from the headlights not being buffered, so me and Elmer have to wipe it off to break was squeaking and was told that, that wasn’t part of the insurance so they can’t do anything. But thanks to Alex, he ensured it was fine and even took it for a test drive. Squeak was gone after it dried up from a car wash. Overall, I’ll rate my experience 7/10. Without Alex, I would have rated 4/10

I was hesitant to take my Mercedes SL to a shop outside of Mercedes, but caliber has completely changed my opinion of going outside the dealer for repairs, once the ball was rolling their was no stoping them… If there is ever another issue “hopefully not though” they will surely be my first choice! Keep up the great work!

Elmer Cerritos is a great representative of Caliber Collision! I have had several repairs in which he was my representative! Great service, knowledgeable, and has always treated me with great respect and explains everything so that you can understand! I highly recommend this establishment and definitely will be back if I need auto body repair! Again great person and organization!
