My Experience

I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for the work Jerry did on my car. I'm from out of state and was rear ended and everyone at Caliber was so helpful in getting my car fixed quickly. They were able to order and pick up parts quickly and did an excellent job with the paint job and part replacement. Jerry went above and beyond to get my car back to me. It was also really easy to work with them and enterprise for my car rental

I was lightly rear ended and Caliber collision came up in the suggestions from progressive as a location for repairs. Leanna in the office was super helpful with getting my car rental when i had trouble reaching my claims adjuster and helped me out with estimates for how long my car would be in the shop. We were visiting from out of state and I know she played a big part in getting things moving along quickly. Jerry in the shop was also a life saver, he got my parts ordered and picked up from Subaru quickly and I know stayed late to get all the final paperwork done so I could get my car back and head home. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful and the work they did for the paint and bumper replacement was excellent.
