I wish I was more educated on the rental car service. I would’ve brought the car back there instead of having to go to the rental car and get a ride back to Caliber Collision’s. I had to leave the hospital to go take care of the rental car please educate your customers on the rental car services that you provide

Gerardo Aparicio, Great , from start to finish, called, emailed every day. Made sure insurance updated, followed up on a slow process from Allstate. Able to help with rental car.
