When I dropped off my vehicle, I clearly informed your team that due to the incident, the door lock system on my car had stopped working properly. I was told that the issue would be inspected, that the vehicle would be evaluated, and that I would be contacted with any findings or updates. During the days that my car was at the body shop, I followed up and spoke with another staff member who assured me they would take a look at the issue and get back to me. However, I was never contacted with any update, and I was never informed of any findings or conclusions regarding the malfunctioning door locks.
