I was greeted by Girardo who explained to me the process with Caliber, State Farm and my truck. Because I really couldn’t have a lot of down time with my truck and Girardo scheduled my drop off, repair order and informed me that he would try to have my truck back before the end of the week. Not only did he fulfill that order, he was able to deliver my truck to my home while I was at work. Considering I was in a repair shop and dealing with my insurance company, Girardo and Caliber made it a pleasant experience. I’m thankful and grateful for the professional service and experience.
