When I picked my car up, not only did the repair look flawless, but the fact that Caliber took the time to clean my interior really made me grateful that I had my car back. Perhaps the most best part of the whole experience was the constant updates that I received throughout the process. This, combined with the friendly service, made it a pleasant experience overall.

Jerry was my service advisor and he was GREAT! I cannot say enough good things about him. I had an early delay with the insurance company requiring me to file a second claim and being my car back to Jerry once done. He was helpful and kind From the beginning. Communicative with me often & exceeded my expectations with customer service; frequent updates and my car was ready earlier than originally projected. On top of that, he made sure my car was in the best condition before I got it back. Last but not least, he worked with my difficult schedule the day my car was ready and brought my car to me last minute. It is rare to find that level of service and authenticity!
