Review for Caliber Collision — Sonoma Location Caliber is amazing. I brought my car in on Monday expecting the repairs to take a week or two, and they had everything completed in just four days. Not only was the service incredibly fast, but my car looks brand new. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the people. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress-free. I worked directly with Carl at the Sonoma location, and he was a star. He carefully walked me through the entire process, explained what needed to be ordered, and made sure I understood the estimates clearly. He even coordinated with the rental car company so the rental was delivered to Caliber and ready when I dropped off my car — such a thoughtful touch. Carl provided daily updates on the progress, and when I picked up my car — which is electric — it had been fully washed and fully charged. That level of care really meant a lot. It’s never fun when your car is damaged and accidents happen, but taking your car to Caliber makes the whole experience incredibly easy and worry-free. Can you tell I really love this place? Highly recommend.
