Carl at Caliber Collision in Sonoma was absolutely amazing. He was very informative and explained things to me step by step. This was my very first time having to use a body shop and he was able to make my experience stress free. Also Nicole at the Caliber in Fairfield Auto mall was absolutely amazing! She made the drop off process so easy! She was able to contact the rental car company to pick me up and everything went smooth. Her customer service skills and patience is unmatched. Due to my exceptional customer service from Carl and Nicole I will definitely recommend caliber to anyone that needs a repair.

Salma was consistently kind, professional, and clearly doing her best to help me — but the inefficiency, rigidity, and overall slowness of the Travelers process was maddening. It took weeks just to get clearance to bring my car in for repairs. Three weeks after being rear-ended on the highway, there was still no determination that the other driver was at fault (it was eventually decided in my favor), so I ended up using my own insurance just to move things forward. Every step of the process was a hassle. I spent hours on the phone with Salma, and also with Tristen, the other driver’s Travelers agent. Salma had a problem-solving attitude, but Tristen was difficult to work with — unpleasant, unhelpful, and uninterested in making progress. At times, both agents were on vacation, creating more delays. Even extending the rental car was complicated. From start to finish, the experience was exhausting and frustrating. I am grateful for Salma’s efforts, but the overall process left me questioning whether I will stay with Travelers in the future.

They did a great job from start to finish. Dropped off at the incorrect location, but they were very helpful and provided transport of my car to the appropriate shop. Also towed my car to my house when finished. Looks brand new after repairs.
