I loved the service....from the receptionist to the mechanics. Everyone was professional and sympathetic to the misfortune of my needing car repair. My car looks perfect and the paint match is spot on!! This is the place all car repairs.

There was a visible piece that was missing in the bumper that comes in pairs. Caliber only replaced it but it does not color match the other. When I mentioned it to the employee about how it stands out being mismatched, it didn’t bother him. It bothered me because Caliber is returning my vehicle with a mismatched very visible piece on the front bumper.
