I appreciate the customer service I received. However, the repair was not initially checked for accuracy of the repair and I had to call their attention to it and wait for an adjustment. This is a quality control issue.

Caliber was wonderful from beginning to end. Austin gave me helpful and continuous updates throughout the process, and when it turned out my insurance rental car ran out before Caliber could finish, Caliber even picked up the overage AND THEN RETURNED THE RENTAL CAR FOR ME! Could not have been easier or more helpful and the finished product looks better than when we bought the car new. I will use Caliber in the future if I ever need collision work, and I will recommend Caliber to anyone else who needs that kind of work! Thank you!
