I have so many good things to say and only one suggestion for improvement. The speed in which the work was done and the quality of work is very much appreciated. The fact I was able to get in within a couple days of getting my estimate was terrific. The entire staff is great, professional and friendly. The only issue is the interior of my vehicle could have been much cleaner. There was/is a tremendous amount of white dust through out my vehicle, I'm assuming from the sanding process. I've cleaned up a significant amount, but will likely take me a few times to get it all out. That was a little disappointing consider what an otherwise terrific experience I had. I will be recommending Caliber Collision to others and coming back myself if ever in need, just wanted to share this one improvement suggestion. Thanks.

The staff was very friendly, the parts that my vehicle were waiting on was on back order, but they had great communication throughout the whole process. I got an update every Monday, Wednesday & Friday which was very helpful. I’d recommend service through caliber to anyone!!!

They made this whole process so easy! I was super nervous since I’ve never experienced any damage to my vehicle- they took care of everything for me! Hopefully I don’t have any future damage to my vehicle, but I will definitely be back to caliber collision if I do!
