Customer Service

The workmanship was excellent. The customer service was superb. We could not be more pleased with our experience. In fact, we just referred someone to that particular Caliber location for service on their vehicle.

My Experience

This had to be repaired twice as it was not done correctly the first time. We had been told that a new rear quarter panel was used to fix the damage, however the damage had been bonded instead and cracked when the temp dropped below zero. Do not appreciate that we were lied to and told it was replaced with something new and it clearly wasn’t and then had to be repaired twice.
