I was very satisfied for all the texts daily until the day of pick up. I was sent a text on 1/9/26 at 7 am that my car was on schedule to be done on 1/21/26. I then received a text on the same day at 4 pm that my car was ready. I had an event to go to at 5:30 so I asked if I could pick it up at a later date. They told me I would have to call the insurance company to ask about the rental car. I don’t understand why I should take care of that and why at 7am it was still suppose estimated that it would still be done 12 days later. You close at 5:30 and the text was at 4pm.
