I would like to let the manager or supervisor know that the receptionist should helped me at both drop-off and pick-up (I believe her name is Maria) really went above and beyond. She even helped me get my child's booster seat appropriately secured into the rental car, which was so tough! It took a lot of muscle and determination, and she did NOT give up!

Edy was my service adviser and he made the repair go easy. Excellent communication, always answered the phone, extremely nice guy. Everybody in the office was nice including Maria. Best experience with wreck repairs I’ve had. I hope to not have to come back but if I do I’ll come back here

Maria in customer service was great and very attentive. Stephanie Smith service advisor knows her stuff. She immediately located the damage and diagnosed why the backup sensors had been damaged and explained it through a talk and walk examination of the CRV.
