Jonathan represented Caliber exceptionally! From drop off to pick up, my experience was great and I’d highly recommend to family, friends, and/or strangers. He was very thorough during the intake/initial evaluation. I was updated every step of the way via phone calls and the online tracker. Once I picked my vehicle up, I was extremely impressed with the results. I expected nothing less than perfection since Caliber is the top rated collision center, and I’m pleased to say Jonathan and the entire team delivered!!!

After receiving my car I noticed that the steering wheel at some point cuts that are new. Then when I was driving it the low tire pressure warning came on. I stopped at discount tire and they said the tire that was near the damage was at 37 psi and the others were at 35. They corrected it and I hit the calibration button.
