I’m extremely satisfied with Calliber and the time it took to get my car back. It was a minor dent and got my car back within two days. This is the second time I use Caliber and they have always been quick with their repairs Caleb was so good at communicating with me on what all was going to be done and how long it would take. Very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Caliber at the Elm Springs Rd. Location.

I hold caliber to a very high standard. I totally understand that there are things at the shop that has been going on. However that should not effect the quality work that the shop puts out. I never got a call when I originally dropped my car off. Dropped it on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. The estimate wasn't written til Friday. Found additional and missed damage, took the car back 2 times. Once for the missed damaged and once for the belt moldings, roof moldings,weather strip, headliner and quarter trim. Still waiting for the rf belt molding and quarter trim, until yesterday when a part the shop broke fell off my car. I am pretty upset.
