The entire team is top notch. It all starts with Cherry. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She gets the entire experience started the right ways. Gregg managed my case and communicated clearly and often. The crew that repairs the car do top notch work. The facility is clean, easy access, and nice.

I am not happy with my service or repair - I would expect that my car would be clean on the outside and not have additional dings after leaving at the shop. Although nice in person I don't feel that this was the best possible outcome

Caliber Collision communicated and kept us updated. They either texted or called us on a regular basis. They also were extremely courteous and kind. They made a stressful situation very pleasant! I would recommend them very highly to anyone. Our vehicle looked amazing and ran great!
