Hail: still at least one nickel dent on roof, as well as two small wobbles which didn’t cone all the way out. I haven’t examined the other panels yet.

Steven was very helpful. Picked my phone calls and answered my questions thoroughly whenever possible. He has to overlook 64 cars and still made time for me. Overall a great experience.

Communication was TOTALLY lacking. The insurance adjuster's amount was $75X.XX. Caliber Collision started at $4175.XX, then ending at $37XX.XX. That is 550% more than the original amount -- WITHOUT contacting me or the insurance co. before doing the work.
