They did great, they repaired what they were allowed to. I just noticed the vehicle is a lot less smooth of a ride. That isn't Caliber's fault. They told me that it is normal wear and tear but before the wreck it wasn't this bad. Not sure if the wreck shook things up or what.

Very help and nice people. Manager of the place was very nice and personal and went above and beyond with helping me and showing me what all was done on my car. Really nice too that I got updates on the status everyday.

The paint on my hood has runs where the paint bubbled up. They reused a piece from my vehicle that was scratched from the wreck. They left tape on the bumper. My husband also had to go pick up a part to bring to them because they couldn’t find it.

Myles was our technician and when we dropped the vehicle off there was very little communication. We were given multiple different deadlines that our vehicle would be done. 2 months after dropping off the vehicle we weekly started arriving in person to get a report. On 1/13/23 they told me my jeep was done and ready for pick up and I then had to return my jeep because of a mistake made by the shop and then picked it up on 1/16/23
