My experience with Caliber Collision was great on all fronts. I originally took my vehicle to the Edmond, OK location but due to a backlog, my vehicle was hauled to the Springdale, AR location. Steve was fantastic in answering any and all questions and I felt like he went above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend.

Excellent service all around! Was able to start on repairs sooner than the other shops I went to, and they kept me updated constantly throughout the process. They set an estimated completion date and met it exactly! My car looks like nothing bad ever happened now! Very friendly and knowledgeable at every step

Nothing that I can think of that I could imagine being a reason NOT to recommend! I feel like Caliber would be great for folks who might not know much about repair and might have anxiety over their situation, the service would put anyone at ease

I understand that during this time of unprecedented backlog of repairs and getting parts, has created problems. I appreciate the efforts to get my car repaired and to me, and mistakes happen. When the repair was complete, it was delivered to an adjacent city. It is missing all the lettering that was removed for paint, and the wheel lock removal tool is missing.
